With assistance from the New Jersey State Police Barracks of Perryville and Washington
U.S. Family Martial Arts started "Conquer the Mountain" in 2004. One of the Fuhrmann children, then in his 20's and preparing to enter the NJ State Police Academy, was volunteering as an EMT for a local rescue squad. After seeing first hand the sacrifices the volunteers make to help save others and learning of the limited resources available for the fire and rescue squads, U.S. Family Martial Arts chose to hold an event to inspire others while raising needed funds for these hardworking volunteers. And so CTM was born...

At Murray Chiropractic, we believe Life is Motion. The world is dynamic and life is expressed through that dynamic energy. How you feel physically and emotionally is a direct result of your body’s ability to move and adapt. Stagnation in any aspect of your physiology – your thinking, your nutrition, or your movement – can foster a state of dis-ease in the body. Through proper nutrition, spinal adjustment, as well as positive thinking, you promote health and wellness and thus avoid stagnation of your physiology. And by doing so, you take charge or your health and well-being thus unlocking the body’s own natural ability to repair itself and maintain health.

The exhausted fireman had just saved her from a fire in her house, rescuing her by carrying her out of the house into her front yard, while he continued to fight the fire. She is pregnant.
The firefighter was afraid of her at first, because he had never been around a Doberman before. When he finally got done putting the fire out, he sat down to catch his breath and rest. A photographer from the Charlotte, North Carolina newspaper, "The Observer," noticed this red Doberman in the distance looking at the fireman. He saw her walking straight toward the fireman and wondered what she was going to do. As he raised his camera, she came up to the tired man who had saved her life and the lives of her babies, and kissed him, when the Photographer snapped this photograph.
Cinnamon saw how important it was to thank her guardian angel!
